Beta Tester Agreement
This Beta Tester Agreement adds to our Terms and Privacy Policy while you're in the beta. Where they conflict during the beta, this agreement controls.
B.1 Free
The beta is free. Nothing is charged, and no payment details are collected.
B.2 Rough edges
The beta is early software. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the document reader will sometimes misread a document. Keep your original paperwork and confirm every number (Terms §3). If you ever catch the Desk inventing a dollar amount, tell us the same day.
B.3 What we ask
Use the Desk on your real loads for about four weeks, and answer a short check-in about once a week. This is a request, not an obligation. You won't be penalized for skipping one.
B.4 Feedback
You give us permission to use your feedback, suggestions, and corrections to improve the Desk, without payment or credit to you. We won't publish your name, quotes, or business details without asking you first.
B.5 How we contact you
We'll send check-ins only through the channel you choose (email, text, or an existing message thread). The first text ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." Stopping check-ins never removes you from the beta.
B.6 Your data
Your records are yours during and after the beta. Export them anytime. Leaving the beta doesn't delete anything: your records stay stored and exportable until you ask us to delete them (Terms §6).
B.7 When the beta ends
We'll give at least 14 days' notice before the beta ends. Beta testers get first pick of Founder's Club seats on paid plans. That offer is optional, and nothing converts to a paid plan unless you sign up for one yourself.
B.8 Leaving
You or we can end your participation at any time, for any reason, by telling the other.
